One session, start to finish

Starter Care

Learn how to feed, maintain, and read a sourdough starter so you can keep it alive at home indefinitely.

Mixing & Fermentation

Understand hydration, autolyse, and stretch-and-fold — the steps that build flavor and structure before shaping.

Shaping & Scoring

Practice shaping a batard by hand and learn how scoring controls the oven spring and crust.

04

Take a Loaf Home

Your loaf bakes during the session. You leave with a fresh sourdough, a fed starter, and Liron’s recipe.
