How do I place an order?

Visit our Store page to see this week's available loaves and place your order online. Orders must be placed by Thursday at 11pm to be included in that week's bake.

What bread do you offer?

We offer three varieties, most available in white or whole wheat flour: Country Loaf ($15), Olive Loaf ($18), and Walnut & Cranberry Loaf ($18).

Can I place a custom or large order?

Yes! For custom requests, large orders, or special occasions, please reach out to us directly at liron@moonflowerbakes.com.

Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is at our home bakery in northwest Austin, TX. You'll receive the exact address by email after placing your order.

Every Sunday from 10am to 12pm. You'll also receive an email notification when your bread is ready for pickup.

What if I can't make the Sunday pickup window?

Life happens! If you can't make it on Sunday between 10am and 12pm, please reach out to us as soon as you know and we'll do our best to make alternate arrangements.

What ingredients are in your bread?

Just four: quality flour, water, salt, and our own sourdough starter. No preservatives, no additives, nothing else.

Yes! Our sourdough is naturally vegan — just flour, water, salt, and our starter. The Walnut & Cranberry Loaf contains walnuts and dried cranberries.

How should I store my bread?

For the best experience: days 1–2, cut the loaf in half and store it cut-side down on a cutting board at room temperature. From day 3 onward, wrap it in a paper bag or beeswax wrap. For longer storage, slice and freeze it — sourdough toasts beautifully from frozen.

How long does the bread stay fresh?

Our sourdough stays fresh longer than commercial bread thanks to the long fermentation process. It's best within 3–4 days but can last up to a week with proper storage. Freezing extends it indefinitely.
